Naveen Rajendran
FOUNDER & MDA seasoned entrepreneur in the making. Been building businesses from scratch over the last 5 years. Been associated with 4 successful start-ups till date across Bengaluru & Chennai. Earlier, through his vibrant corporate career, he used to be a dynamic marketing professional with substantial experience in Financial & Operational Management for more than 8 years. He is also a Mechanical Engineer who holds a Dual Management Post Graduation Degree
Yagnesh Raju
CO-FOUNDER & HEAD - TECHNOLOGYA Mechanical & Design Engineer with more than 12 years of experience in New Product Development. Started his avatar as an Entrepreneur & successfully sailing for close to 2 years. He is also a non-executive Director for a Production Unit. At MAKDY, he plays a multi-level role while heading Design & Simulation, Product & Process Conceptualization, Business Expansion to name a few. He also leads all technical discussions with relevant stakeholders from the initial Proposal stage to Project Hand Over.
Mohan Gandhi
Manager – ProjectsIs a strong and committed individual who typically multi-excels in the art of manufacturing , assembly, programming, fabrication, conveyors installation, customer relations, vendor management and so on. He is our one stop shop for smooth execution of the Projects at all stages and brings outstanding solutions with a right blend of everything. Before joining MAKDY, he used to run an Incubation Center for more than 11 years focusing on research, development and their practical industrial application
